Where is the border between idiotic banditry and something more meaningful?

Tartu Folk High School invited me to give a lecture on street art to an audience of mostly middle-aged primary school teachers.

During the 2 hour lecture I presented some 300 photos which I had taken all over Estonia of various instances of urban art. The audience consisted of the wonderful listeners and contributed a lot to the discussion. Also the moderator Indrek Grigor was very helpful with leading the discussion.
